Can I listen to US XM radio content in Canada? Or can I just buy a US subscription to get the content I want?

I am currently living in Canada but I would like to be able to listen to US XM content. Particularly XM 169 'The Power'. This is not and XM Canada channel but I'm wondering if there is a way that I'll be able to listen to it anyway.

you can get some US content but Canadian Law states that content has to be 80% Can.

Technologically, you could hear the US content just fine in Canada, but you would have to have a US subscription.  To do this, you would need a US address.
