Ok, I took everyone's advice on my last question and talked to my parents. They told me I may absolutely not move back to the states. Things are getting worse by the day! I want so bad to live with my grandparents because I hate it here! This country is so different and I'm miserable. On top of that my parents are always getting mad at me. Is there any way I can go back to my grandparents legally? I want to go back to the States, get a good education, have friends I can actually talk to... Everything is going wrong! I feel so depressed. Please help.

  1. If you are underage, they have to adopt you... Try legally emancipating yourself!

  2. I looked at your other question to see what was going on...

It’s hard to answer this without knowing what country you live in, because that’s where you’re now a resident, so their laws would apply.

But bottom line, regardless of what country it is, there’s probably nothing that can be done, unless maybe if your grandparents can prove your parents to be unfit (which is going to take a lot of money and require a lot of proof), but you’ve said NOTHING to indicate parental unfitness.  The fact that you don’t want to live in that country is irrelevant.  Your parents have the right to determine where you live.  They can move you to the North Pole if they want to.

Stop wasting time trying to find a way out and instead focus on learning the language/the culture.

P.S.  I happen to be a published author.  Learning English grammar is not that difficult and is something that can easily be self-taught.  Buy some books on the subject.  If you’re truing interested in writing, you need to focus your time on learning the craft, which involves much, much more than just grammar skills.
