This is the date I would like to enlist into the Air National Guard. I need to weight 30 pounds less. I have already lost 20 pounds with some exercise, eating healthier, only eating when hungry, and portion control. I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago and I can only do minimal exercising... like walking. And I plan on walking for an hour 5-6 days a week for a month and the 2nd month do some jogging.
Do you think it's possible for me to loose the weight in a little over 2 months?
Any other tips?
