Can I loose weight by not doing a lot of exercise but just drinking water throughout the day?

I'm not fat. I just want to lose some baby fat so I How many pounds is it possible to lose in one day also?

  1. Well, you want to make sure that you eat three meals a day (healthy meals, might I add). Also, cut down on juices with a lot of sugar and it is very important that you cut down on sweets and soda pop. Drinking water helps your body, but you will still need to be active and exercise in order to lose some weight. Also, about your second question, I'm not really sure how much weight you can lose in a day, but I AM sure that you can't lose very much weight in a day. Hope I helped! Good luck! =]

    first read through, the follow this plan:

    1. get up in the morning at about 4.00 am and eat a sort of a breakfast, drink a lot of water.

    2. do not eat any food or drink any water till sunset

    3. at sunset you may eat and drink.

    P.S - the first day it won't feel too good but you will get used to it. when eating in the morning and evening, eat so that 1/3 of your stomach is full of food, 1/3 with water and the rest with air. it is a little hard at first, but you will soon get used to it and then it will feel nice and you will enjoy it. then it won't feel good when you return to normal eating plan. do it for no more than a month at a time, and no less than a week.

  3. Well There are 6 things u can do:

    1) The 3 day diet which works like a charm (lose 10 pounds in 3 days) - I lose around 9-14 pounds in 3 days! Very good diet plus u could eat icecream for desert! Link is Below:

    2) You can do the Atkins Diet and eat only 10g of carbs a day like eggs, hot dogs and all proteinsu would like, but i probably wont recommend this, because ull increase u cholestrol, but u will lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks

    3) You can do the 7 day diet, which also works like a charm, its hard to stick on BUT U get good results:

    DAY 1- ALl fruits u want except banans (EAT ONLY FRUITS)

    DAY 2- Eat all vegetables u want (NO POTATO NO CORN)

    Day 3- Eat all veges and fruits (NO POTATO< BANANAS< AND CORN)

    DAY 4- 3 glasses of skim milk and 3 bananas

    Day 5-7: 3oz of protein plus unlimeted Green vegges

    LOSE 10-17 pounds in 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!

    4) You can do the scarsdale diet which is a really good diet!

    5) You can do a 800-1000 calorie diet, and lose like decent amount of weight

    6) Lose 2-3 pounds of week! by eating 1200-1500 cals and excersising

  5. You need to do both exercise and diet control. Even then, it's a lot of hard work to lose even a small amount.

    Drinking water is good but you still have to have proper nutrition to survive.

  7. you have to exercise to lose weight in a healthy way and if you are losing weight healthily then you really shouldn't loose more then a pound max in a day unless you were 300+ pounds

  8. Drinking water in the long run will help, but you aren't going to notice a weight loss in 1 day. In a week,you might lose about 7-10 pounds or less, depending on how much you weigh now. Eat HEALTHY not LESS. You can add in about 20-30 minutes of cardio exercise (walking or bike riding are good ones) and that can help you feel more fit and energized. Also you can try eating slower and by yourself. When you eat, focus on every bite you take. Without noticing it, you'll eat just what your body needs without getting overly full. If you do these things, you should lose a pretty good amount of weight, but I would say give it about a month before you expect anything major, and remember that everyones body works differently so don't expect the exact changes anyone tells you that you will have or that anyone else has experienced.
