I'm 15, 5'0, and about 113 lbs.
I'm trying to lose 10 lbs in a month or two.
I've been running for 30 min. each morning then an hour of Wii Fit. I've also been eating healthier.
I haven't been 100% on this since I started late this summer and only been doing it for a little over 2 weeks. But I have noticed subtle differences. (Or so I think.)
But I'm going to start school and I won't be able to run.
I'm planning on doing wii fit for 1/2 - 1 hour, eating right, and I'll have P.E. at school for 45 min everyday.
Except weekends, obviously, so I'll run 30 min every Sat&Sun morning.
Can I lose 10 lbs in a month with that ?
What exercises should I do on Wii Fit ?
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks !
