Can I lose weight if I stop eating breads, pastas, meats except for fish, and sweets?

  1. Few people understood your question. The answer is YES. The clients on my program follow the same plan , but , you need carbs. You're right about pasta. It's very high in carbs. Read your labels. Multi grain bread, potatoes and rice are fine, but no beans. Read your labels. Fish is very high in protein. That's excellent for regulating blood sugar levels and burning calories.   3. dont be silly...avoiding complex carbs ruin muscles..its just that you must eat them in small portions...as compared to sweets,complex carbs are more filling for the tummy when combined with lean proteins and veggies

  4. it depends on how much you eat, but usually no. The best way to lose weight is to exercise. Annoying, but true.

    hmm well bread and pasta are basically carbohydrates, they get converted into glucose,glycogen and glucagon. some are converted into fatty acids and glycerol. mainly, you just have to lower your intake of ALL your foods and exercise regularly. eating lots of vegetables and fruits helps as well!

  6. You could lose weight by eating less, and restricting your calories. If you ate 1200 calories a day in fish and sweets, you would lose weight, but it doesn't mean your body would be getting the nourishment it needs to be healthy. Limiting yourself to one food is not a good idea for anyone. Your body needs whole grain, fruits and vegetables to maintain a healthy digestive system, vitamins, and minerals. Sweets are empty calories.

  8. uhh YES!!! bread, pasta or anything in those food catergories are BAD for you. Well not bad bad but too much of it can be bad. If you want to lose wait then you got to lose those carbs and they usually come from bread, pasta, etc. Fish is great for you. Sweets? Not too much,

    Maybe have a snack bar - but one that is low-fat or 0 carbs.

    If you want something sweet, try eating sweet fruits - like strawberries, cherries, grapes, mangos. And every now and then you can treat yourself and have some M&Ms or Snickers because they are sweet but at the same time give you some protein and energy. But not toooo much!! Remember that ! :) and good luck
