I have a package going to Canada from the U.S.. I calculated the postage would be a little over a dollar. It only weighs 4 ounces. Can I just put stamps on it along with the customs form and put it in a collection box?

  1. All international mail must be brought into the post office.  With the correct postage you could have your carrier bring it in.  It requires a customs form (little green one) if it contains anything that is dutiable. Could be taxed by customs.  IE Merchandise.  If it's letters, photos, cd or correspondence then no.
