I want to mail my dad's present in a taoster box, as it is the perfect size. Do I have to cover up the writing on the box, or will the post office not care?

  1. Why the h**l would you mail a toaster box?

Wrap that c**p in brown paper.

  2. Just  use  stick a label on the box. Try to tape a sheet of typing paper on the box first then put your label in the middle of that then you oughta be good to go. They shouldn't say anything. If you are still worried about it try using a brown paper bag or two and just cover the whole box. Good Luck.

  3. Nope. you don't have to wrap it.

  4. You can have writing on the box but you will need to black out any bar codes.  I also affix the address with a paper on top covered completely in box tape (the thick tape that you use on the box).  By the way, I HATE THE US POST OFFICE!!  Sorry for the outburst.  Repressed frustration from their silly rules and unfriendly workers....
