Can I make a Ventrilo server for free?

Is it possible to make temporary Ventrilo servers for free? I heard it was possible but there's a limit to 5 people to the server, or something like that.

If so, how do you do it?

Yes if you go to the ventrilo website and download the server installer.

Then follow their instructions: http://www.ventrilo.com/setup.php#Server...

Then you will have your own ventrilo server.
