Can I make a flash header banner for Myspace with photoshop CS3?

Can I make a custom flash header banner for my myspace profile with Photoshop CS3? And if I can is a there a good tutorial video or detail instructions with screenshots?

I only have CS2 but I doubt that there's a Flash feature in CS3 because to create a flash file (swf, which, I guess, the header must be) one usually needs the program Flash (CS3 is the newest).

You could create images you want to use for flash in PS.

Oh, I just remembered, you could go for the trial version of Flash, but make sure you read a few tutorials before (or learn through them) because it's only for 30 days (and not that easy to understand):
