I don't see why not. It would be like a snowcone. I make margaritas in the blender and they turn out fine.

But, then again, I don't know if you would need to add something to make it exactly like one you would get at a 7-11.

maybe if you had a lot of ice, but to me, it'll just be a coke drink with ice!

Well I think that would work but not exactly like the ones you find out of Slurpee dispenser machines.

The dispenser machines freeze the coke while having a usually plastic mixer wheel spinning around keeping the coke from turning solid but having a smooth carbonated frozen beverage.
