Can I make carrot juice by blending carrots in our blender/smoothie maker?

Question

It has a veggie button, and a juice button.

Could I set it to one of those and blend the carrots into juice?

Or how about a carrot smoothie?

Would that taste good?

Yeah, of course! It's not as smooth as carrot juice made with a juicer, but it'll still taste good. You then put the blended carrot into a cheese cloth and squeeze the juice out. Great fun!
