Can I make free website and how?

Question

I am an internet users.I have not enough money for publish a website.Besides of our country no more facility for publish website.But I want to publish a website by yahoo or other search engine without blogger.

One time I publish a website by geocities.But I found not this website one day after publishing that's website.May be my website was deleted.

Now anybody tell me how can I publish a website seperately?

There are many ways to market a small business on the web.  You can buy banner ads, text links, or use PPC.  However, the best way is to get listed in a bunch of portals. Portals and directories are like phone books, and they often provide a lot of traffic because they tend to rank high on Google.

You can see the places I got my things from at the bottom of the pages. I also go to the support boards of many of the sites to learn how to do html,  and javascript coding to make my  boards look good( at least I think they look good,lol)

If you have HTML basic skill then just creat youself and find out a free hosting site. but you cant be get any domain like, .com .net .info etc without charge.

yes sure u can make your site and put ads free

but if u are Beginner u can make blog by this site www.blogger.com its so easy to use
