Can I make ice cream with a mix and skim milk and condensed milk? How much of each?

I reccomend using evaporated milk,freezing the cans  for a half hour,then using an electric mixer,beat the mixture,gradually adding sugar & vanilla,then freeze,strirring ever 20 minutes.

Try it starting with half of each but I wouldn't call it ice cream.

P.S. Do you like condended milk? I ask because the 'ice cream' will taste like it.
