Question:

Can I make it in the world of Photography?

So, I've been told that I have potential to be a photographer. I am really into nature and sports photography but I just don't know if I have what it takes. I just enrolled into a couple of classes at a local college, but...I have doubts.

So...am I good enough to actually survive in such a demanding, always growing community? I'd appreciate some real critiques/comments, not just yes or no.

Here's my photos:

  1. Ask your self this question.  Have you seen pictures like these before?

If you want to make a living in photography you need bring something new to the table.  The hardest areas to make a living in photography are landscape and art.

  2. The canyon ones are beautiful. The cloud/sky ones are nice, but I've seen a lot of pictures like that before. Orange Glow is my favourite. It's very soft and pretty... ^.^

  3. Are those really yours?... you most definately already got me with them they are beautiful!

  4. Nice composition.

I enjoyed looking at them. Thanks for sharing these.

Would have been very nice if you can do HDR for the one inside the cave. (cave?)

  5. Okay, are you kidding me??  Those photos are absolutely beautiful!!

You have got some real talent!!  Get ur pics out there, cuz there is money to made! And let me now where you end up selling them, I just might get one!

    Good luck!

  6. I'm no pro, but I don't think they're anything special. I think what made the photos nice is good camera. You certainly have an eye for photography and detail, etc etc, but I think you have to practice, and then you'll be absolutely fantastic! like I said, I'm no pro, but this is my opinion. Hope this helps!
