Can I make money through website?

Hi, I stay in India, can I make money through google ad for my website? Is it legal even if I am a government employee in India? Or shall I open an account for my friend who is not working? If so shall we have to pay tax?

As Government rules, no employee is permitted to work outside, since the Government employees are considered to be 24 hours employees of Government.

In the case of your friend, you can open an account and he can do it. But whoever it may be if the income exceeds the ceiling limit you have to pay income tax.
