Can I make only a cup of coffee or two from 6 cups coffee maker?

I can't take 6 cups a day. And I don't wanna waste it. What should be the best proportion (water and coffee) if I use Maxwell?

  1. Of course. You can even make just half or quarter of a cup on it. ^_^ You just have to know the proportions. Just do the math. ^_^


  2. Divide the manufacturers recommended coffee amount by 3 and place the coffee in the filter. Now only add 2 cups of water to the water reservoir. This will make you 2 cups of coffee with the right strength for your liking. This way you will save the coffee and the water.

  3. Yes, you can just make a couple of cups.  Normally, the coffee or the coffee machine will tell you how many scoops to how many cups.

    Mine says to use three scoops (tablespoons) of coffee for two cups of water or 5 scoops for 4 cups of water.

  4. You can do it for only one or 2 cups. You can also do the whole thing and refrigerate the rest for later.
