Can I m********e after scrotal surgery for multiple abcess

I has a Incison and drainage procedure done a week back and I am doing well with all the medicaton given.I wanted to m********e but was womdering if this would be a concern and do any harm for my post operation state of my ball or p***s.Can u please help me ?
