Since its a grey shirt, you can actually match any color dress shirt with it. Grey is a rather neutral color so it will look good with any contrasting bright color. Either dress shirt (white/grey or black) will match as well, but I would suggest choosing the white/grey striped dress shirt. Grey is already a dark color, so matching it with a black dress shirt would make it a little bit too dark. The white from the white/grey striped dress shirt will brighten it up.
