  1. White conditioner? You must mean floetrol..yes you can..but personally I hate Behr paint..I am a 37 year experienced painter and Behr is not user friendly, they do not honor thier warranty..it is way overrated....we had 1000 gallons of thier piant delivered straight from the factory at a 600 plus apartment complex, mixed at the factory specifically for this job..it was all brand new apartments..the paint peeled within 4 days..and they would never honor thier warranty, gave us a big run around, and never even sent a representitive to the job to figure it out...They are the lowest piece of c**p species if you ask me when it comes to paint..If you are using thier white especially thier so called premier or bright white..You will find it will take 3 to 4 coats of white to cover white before it stops leaving grey streaks in your job..but yes you can use floetrol in it..
