Can I obtain a Cuba tourist Card at Cancun Airport in less than 5 hours?

I will arrive at Cancun airport at 1:00 or 2:00 pm and my flight for Havana is at 8:00pm.

If you are an American citizen, be VERY careful.  The government is keeping a much better eye, these days, on Americans trying to go to Cuba through other countries.  The embargo is still on, but the fight continues to have it lifted. I want to get there myself!!

I can't see it being a problem. Both times I've been to Cuba you just filled out the tourist card on the plane. The airline handed them out.
