  1. You need 2 forms of identification, one with your name and address (utility bill) and the other with photographic i.d. (driving licence)

  2. Yes of course you can, first go and see the councillor in any bank, then arrange with them that you return after getting say council tax office (good one that you are getting something from them if they refuse them go to a solicitor he will force them to. Its called freedom of information act!!!) your doctor, and someone else like dentist, vet or any contract that you have to write a letter with their stamp on it and a letter from your company.

If that fails then see a solicitor or go to the CAB.

Incidentally, where do you live, in a rented accomadation, with mum and dad or where.

If you pay rent then take your rent book at first visit.

Have you any money you can pay in as well?

  3. Yes you can.  Some Building Societies do NOT ask for ID at all.

As long as you have something that has your name and address on.  I opened my bank account with just a letter from my GP, as at the time I did NOT have a Driving Licence (I was 16 at the time so wasn't even on the Elrectoral Roll), and all the household bills are in my parents name.  I have NEVER had a passport, and a few years ago I passed my driving test but have since surrendered my licence due to ill you.

  4. All you need is a recent utility bill & photographic id driving licence ! Or last wage slip. Dont need a Passport. Hope this helps.

  5. you can- so long as you are on the electoral role.

If you have lived at the same address a long time that helps too.

Give it a go - have you got a driving license - full or provisional?

Take both paper and card part to the bank and that would help.

Plus a utility bill - not mobile. That counts for proof of address.

You definately can - just try taking as much info as you have - nationwide is a great account.

  6. http://onlyforyou.nicepage.at

you can get much information in this website, If you will check anyone blue link in website.

  7. Yes the ID you have with your driving licence and bills are fine also if you have your birth certificate too!

  8. Why do companies think that everyone in the UK has passports.

If you have a valid driving liscence and also your birth or marriage certificate, then I can see no problem.

  9. try doing it online i got one with alliance and leicester and needed no i.d

  10. yes - not everyone has a passport. Your driving licence and birth certificate plus some utility bills should do the trick
