  1. YES YOU CAN THE EASIEST WAY TO DO IT IS ONLINE, BUT SEND EVERYTHING TO YOUR ADDRESS IN THE US. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY WILL SEND YOU MAIL OVERSEAS.
