Can I open a bank account with 100$ for Forex ?

I want to start trading in FOREX, but I don't have a bank account yet. Can I open one for 100$ ? and could it be offshore ?

In Canada you can open a bank account with $0.

A brokerage account is a different story. They probably would let you, but you do pay a fair bit in commission, I don't think you really could make anything more than the $20 commission the brokerage would charge you on a transaction with only $100.
