  1. try http://www.teradazzle.com

  2. You need to try out MP3Lingo.com. It is a fairly new service but they are getting really popular.  They offer unlimited music downloads for only $2 a month (I don't know how they do it!) and they are 100% legal.  I've been with them for some time and they have all the songs I need and their download speeds are fast.  Check them out at www.mp3lingo.com when you get a chance.

  3. Rhapsody offers a pretty comprehensive service for less than $15/mo. Be warned though, once you quit the service you will not be able to play the songs.

As long as you are a member, you get to "keep" them. Think of it like Gamefly. You can take out a game theoretically as long as you want, but when you quit you have to give up the songs.

Not that I would ever advise doing anything illegal, but you can (again, LEGAL) make back-ups of the songs using programs like TuneBite. So my advice would be to try out the free trials of TuneBite and Rhapsody to see if either (or both) work for you.

  4. You can pay a monthly subscription fee to download music for your iPod. However, this is sort of risky because such music services usually have DRM (digital rights management) on them and the iPod may not be able to read it. Also, if you stop paying the monthly fees, the music you download from that site will be rendered useless until you pay again.

However, from what I hear, Apple may introduce iTunes 8 in September which will offer monthly subscription plans so you don't have to pay 99 cents to own a song, but a bunch of music for a certain price and period that are SURE to run on your iPod. Hope this helps.

  5. Wow, I can't believe that it's this easy. I love my video iPod, but your AresWire makes it even better. I love simply being able to download a Movie or TV show before my commute to work. It’s the best out there http://www.areswire.com
