Can I pay a ticket of someone else is she is in another state?

OK My friend got a ticket by a cop because she did something that she wasnt suppose to do. She is in CA and she got the ticket in NY. She only has about 3 days to pay the ticket. Is there anyway I can pay her ticket even she is far away? And if I can, what kind information from the ticket do I need to pay it?

I'm so sorry with my english I still have trouble writing in English. But please help me to help her.

  1. I just payed two tickets for my wife that's on deployment on a ship  and all you have to do is have her DL# and full name. and call the county court house in the county she got the ticket and give them the info. no problem if its a ticket she can pay without going to see a judge
