Why not ? She like millions before her went there out of the dire poverty of the Philipines and the promsise to make lots of money in Japan.  Many have come back to build new homes for their family and open a small business.

She's probably no different than any other Filipina and would make a good wife as any other.  She probably has already struggled with her own guilt about that job its not really for you to judge.  However, if YOU cannot get past it in your own mind, it might cause some problems down the road.  Keep in mind that ANY woman who is old enough to get married is probably not as pure as a child.  Thats life.  Don't hold her to any higher standard than you would set for yourself and everything will be ok.  Good luck.

Well, it's up to you.  But then try to think.  Use your common sense as to why she preferred to become a japayuki rather than become a common person trying to earn a living in a more decent manner.  Japayukis long to earn easy money and with a twist of luck can snare their targets.
