Can I pay on Ebay with my debit card?

I have a paypal account that is linked to both my bank account and my debit card. I have only $3 in my paypal account and I want to buy something that will cost me $20. Do I have to move money over into my paypal, or will it just use my debit card?

but most likely youll have to set up a paypal account but thats easy

but you cant get it activated right away i dont think

does not depend on seller.  Sellers do not take cards.  You can set up your paypal to get money from your debit card.

You do NOT need to do a transfer first.  

When you make the actual PayPal payment to the seller, if you have insufficient paypal funds, right on that payment screen, PayPal will ask you where you would like to get the additional funds (called an "Instant Transfer").

You will be able to choose from your "Backup Funding" sources....either from checking or from credit/debit card. It will only pull what is needed to complete the purchase.  It's a piece-o-cake!
