  1. I would expect so, but call and ask first...just to be sure.  If not, they might know where you can get one.


  2. You can get a generic federal ballot.  It will not work with any state or local issues.  You really should order an absentee ballot from your state's Secretary of State.

  3. The easiest way to vote from abroad is by contacting the local political organization, Democratic or Republican.  They are eager to help, in fact they are often a nuisance.  But they know the rules and will do everything they can to help.

    They usually are at civic functions, have flyers at the embassies and consulates, ads in the local U.S. oriented papers, radio and T.V. stations and Internet, of course.

  4. If you are a US citizen, and of legal voting status, they will have the answer for you.

  5. if you are registered at the US consulate in Australia ? yes you may do so , if not ? do register with them , and you will get all the info necessary to you and have them to help you if in need .
