Can I plant perennials now in the hot weather? I live in WI.?

What is the worst that can happen or should I wait until it cools off?

But I'm in CA and I plant year round, I don't have time to wait for fall planting. I just do it when I get the plant! he he  If you do plant, do it in the cool of the evening and water well for the next 2-4 weeks, they should be fine.
