I'm thinking about getting a PS3, and I was wondering if I could play it through my iMAC screen, since it's better than my TV. Anybody know anything about this?

  1. no u cant

  2. YES YOU CAN... all you have to do is purchase a HDMI-to-DVI cable. You can find them on ebay, amazon, monstercable, or even some of your local electronic stores. Once you get it, just hook the HDMI side to your PS3 and the DVI input to your monitor. Go to your display settings and change it to HDMI. BUT you will need a source for your audio... if you have a radio or speakers that supports the red & white inputs that will be good. (otherwise you will need a surround sound system w/ an optical input or don't have sound at all.)

  3. i doubt it.if your talkign about the flat screen iMACs, we use those in my TV Productions class, and there are no spots in which the cables can connect
