Can I play my ps3 at this monitor?

I'm considering buying a pc 19" LCD monitor for my ps3,can it display 720p or 1080p?also can I use my ps3's bluetooth keyboard and mouse to play on my ps3?

It totally depends on the brand and model of monitor. You'll need to find a monitor which meets the following requirements.

Firstly, the monitor MUST be HDCP compliant to be usable with the PS3, even for games. If it doesn't say HDCP compliant in the specs, then it probably ISN'T compliant.

Secondly, the monitor must have at least a DVI port and preferably a HDMI port. If it has a HDMI port, you can hook up the PS3 via a standard HDMI cable, otherwise you'll have to hook the PS3 up to the DVI port via a HDMI to DVI cable.

Thirdly, the monitor must support the resolution you want to use:

480p = 720 x 480

720p = 1280 x 720

1080p = 1920 x 1080
