Can I please have a list of the main nutrients I need to be more conscious of consuming on a vegetarian diet?

The obvious being protein. What are some others? Is there a web-site that lists these nutrients and good common vegetarian sources for their obtention?

  2. Well you must have a good variety of fruit and veg for vitamins.

    Also,you need to make sure you get enough B.12

    eat fortified foods two or three times a day to get at least three micrograms (µg or mcg) of B12 a day or

    take one B12 supplement daily providing at least 10 micrograms or

    take a weekly B12 supplement providing at least 2000 micrograms

  3. protein,iron,calcium,vitamin b12,omega fatty acids(3 and 6) i think hemp seed or hemp oil has all this put together so i recommend eating it. and as to popular belief it is not illegal, but the only place i know where you can get it is online

  6. you can't get b12 in any plant based foods.  but you can get vitamin b12 in fermented products, like miso soup.
