Can I plug my computer into my TV set?

I want to watch movies on my TV set, can I do that?

Yes. If your computer has an S-Video output, and your TV has an S-Video input, then you can use an S-Video cable. After everything is connected, press either FN+F5 or FN+F8 to get the display on your TV, and to change the display combination.

if your computer has a HDMI port you can connect it via a HDMI cable or you can use the s-video port on your computer also to connect it to the TV providing you have a  s-video cable

Yes you can. You will need a cable that will convert the video signal.

You should first find out the types of video output provided by your computer. VGA/HDMI/S-Video?

Then find out the types of video input supported by your TV.

You should then be able tp pick up a conversion cable for it.

of course u can watch what ur playing on ur PC /machine on ur TV

if u have an LCD tv ..ur done already coz most LCD tvs have direct PC cable out

if ur still on the OLD CR tvs,i am afraid thats a bit of a geeks job..ask ur local PC vendor to give u a solution

and btw if ur still on 21 inch TV why not buy a 22 inch TFT..those r dirt cheap now
