Can I post the clip from my CCTV security camera ?

I have a nasty / physco Neighbour . I set up a cctv camerca outside my front door while i was away my holiday . and I caught something when i review the type . Can I post it on your tube ? ( something like he tried to spray my camera , use a paper to cover my camera . turn off the hall way light so that I can't capture any pic . move my stuff outside my front door )

that guy are really nasty , he tried to copy me and put a hidden camera to get me back which i find out on the same day . and he said to me" I can play the game till the end ." ( no one want to stalk on him is just for my security when i m not in town)

if you search youtube there is a lot of cctv footage that has been posted, so i dont see why you cant do it.
