  1. Everyone starts at the same place - the beginning.

  2. Yes you can start any kind of Martial Arts or activity sports related with no experience.

They will get you in shape an work with you like a clay unmolded.  It should be no problem with a good teacher.

  3. of course you can every body starts from the beginning

I can give you a few pointers to start off with.

first of all start working on your stamina, since capoeira is physically pretty demanding it helps if you have a bit of preparation in that area.  try to give your thighs and quads a bit of training too they are usually the muscles that people get most sore  during the initial weeks.  furthermore try to work a little on shoulders and triceps. they are also very important in acrobatics.  further from that.

go and enjoy yourself.  Capoeira is a bunch of fun

bem vindo en el mundo di capoeira

    muito axé

  4. You can study and practice any martial art if you have the willingness and dedication to practice.  I am now officially a Taijiquan bum, ironic, considering I teach Krav Maga, which is very different.

Capoeira is similar to Taijiquan, so take your time, learn and eventually all will come clear.  It usually takes a student a few months to learn the Wu solo form, I can't imagine it would be much different in this art.

For the last few years I have really enjoyed Taijiquan, I imagine Capoeria is similar, as many practioners are like me, after morning coffee, we stretch and do the form, totally makes my day.

Again, it really takes your dedication to learn and practice.  Martial arts experience is not relevant and maybe helpful, as you are an empty cup, ready to be filled.

  5. no you dont need any experience sure it might help you but it is not needed just go to a class and try it out its a lot of fun.

  6. Of course you can ! You can do anything you put your mind too. Just take it in stride. It will be complicated at first learning all the movements and rules and adapting your muscles that you haven't used before. Just remember to have fun enjoy the class take in the information with a open mind and overall have fun if you do not have fun then it is not worth it I think... BEST OF LUCK TO YOU !!!!
