Can I preserve my Lexus (Toyota) GPS data when buying a new car?

Question

I have almost 100 locations stored in my Lexus IS350 GPS Navigation system.

I am buying a new Toyota 4Runner (I need an SUV for my work). [Toyota and Lexus are the same company]

Can all my GPS/Navigation points be transferred to my new car?

You should go ask your dealer because they should have a solution for data transferring to a different car.
