  1. yes you can that only one size larger than the tire that's on  it now, good luck

  2. Yes. 185's and 195's are compatible with the same size rim. Same with 205's and 215's, 225's and 235's. If I'm remembering right, that would be a 5 inch rim? Just because you're only going up one tire width size doesn't mean it might not be too big, if the size you already have is the largest size advisable. Most rims are only suitable for 2 different width sizes.

Not a stupid question at all. Any tire shop worth it's salt should be able to look it up for you, if not know off the top of their head. Have you tried a Goodyear store?

  3. There is no such thing as "185 70 14 rims".  That's a tire size - sort of.

Tires sized P195/75R14 92S are wider and considerably larger in overall diameter than tires sized P185/70R14 87S.  This means your speedometer and odometer will be very inaccurate and it will change the cars overall gearing making it slower to accelerate.

Because P195/75R14 92S is a nearly dead size the tires that are still available in this fitting tend to be low-end cheapies.  Those aspects, combined with the tall flexible sidewall of the P195/75R14 92S tire mean that even if you can squeaze them under the wheel wells without rubbing the handling and braking ability of the vehicle are going to be shot to h**l.  It will be like driving on warm marshmallow's compared to using the tires the vehicles chassis and suspension were designed to use.

Tires are the #1 piece of safety equipment on the vehicle - not the first place I would pick to cut corners and do something this silly.
