  1. NO! African clawed frogs, yes. The african cichlids will get big enough to eat the frogs!


  2. Nope.  Even the most docile African Cichlids, like Kribs, will eventually get curious and pick at the frogs' delicate skin.  If you want frogs, I would really suggest giving them their own tank, as they are slow eaters, and rather fragile.

    EDIT: Clawed frogs, though large, are still very fragile.  Their size is irrelevant, as they would be killed far before getting a chance to grow.
