Can I put a 4gb memory stick into a sony cybershot W80?

I read on a site that the Sony cybershot W80 takes a max of a 2gb memory stick pro duo. So can I not put a 4gb one in?

If it says you cant go beyond 2 GB then yes you cant put a 4GB stick in.
