Can I put an airsoft mad bull grenade launcher on a KWA M4A1 or an ICS M4A1?

These guns are not RIS they are just the standard M4 models. Can a grenade launcher still be mounted on them?

Yes. that's what the barrel cutout on an M4 is for. Most real M203's on M4's used in Iraq and Afghanistan are the type that uses this cutout and attaches behind the delta ring as well. RIS M203's came along years afrer the originals. Both types are avalible from:
