Can I put an airsoft mad bull grenade launcher on a standard KWA M4A1 or ICS M4A1?

These guns are not RIS they are just the standard M4 models. Can a grenade launcher still be mounted on them?

  1. what i did is i got an extra rail it was a side rail for the G36C and bolted it through the handgaurd this is a very cheap fix


  2. No. Sorry. Maybe you could just buy a rail kit and you'd be good to go.
