I want to make broccoli alfredo for a pot luck but I do not know how I could keep it warm. It will be about 4 hours from the time I arrive until it will be eaten. Can I cook it first and just put it on warm in crockpot when I leave for work or will the broccoli or noodles get mushy???

  1. mushy for sure.

  2. Keep the sauce in a separate container, then heat it and pour it over the pasta just before you serve it. But Alfredo really tastes best when it's fresh, so you may be disappointed if you leave it sit for 4 hours.
