Can I put my birth control pills in my carry-on without it setting the alarm off?

I am about to take a trip and I am worried that my pills will set off the x-ray machine. I really don't want my family members finding out about them. If they do set it off and they have to go through my bag, would it be done out in the open or would it be where everyone can't see?

it won't set them off theres not enough metal to do that

Mine has never set any alarms off.

It won't set it off.  You can put it through the Xray or carry it on your person.. You're good either way.
