Can I qualify for Financial Aid for school if i'm over 30 years old make close to 40K?

a year, and works fulltime? I never went to college before so i'm out the loop on this sort of thing in case anyone's wondering.

  1. I don't know exactly how the financial aid system works, but I know that income won't ruin any chances for financial aid. I don't know how your age will affect it.

    I'd recommend just filling out the forms and seeing what you get.

  4. in most states the cut off IS $40K a year gross.

    if its even $100 less, you are eligible for aid.

    edit- the person above me, idk what country or state they live in, but $11K a year is 7 grand below the national poverty line. I've received aid for 3 years in college and i'm serious, as long as yo make less than 40K, you can get it.

  5. No you won't get any money. I had to take out a loan because I did not qualify for financial aid because I made "too much money." I only made $11,000.
