Can I quit Penn Foster high school?

I started using Pennfoster online high school in January. I only missed 4 months at my local high school and I want to go back there. Would they transfer my credits that I earned from Pennfoster to my high school if I went back?

And if I quit Pennfoster would I have to pay the full price even though I didn't finish it?
