Can I re-entry to Canada with multiple visa if I don't return my country?

Hi,

If I have multple visa to Canada, is it possible that I will stay in Canada for 6 months and then don't return my country but just go to US 2 weeks and then go back to Canada again. My boyfriend is Canadian so we're thinking about what we can do to llive together for 1 year before applying common law visa.

not a very smart way to use your multiple visa entries, when immigration notice your scheme, you will probably, not only loose your multiple entries visa,but not receive another one, it is up to you?
