Just go online of any country and listen to their radio stations that way....you can even listen to Cuba (since many think you can't get through there). You can even watch live TV programs right online in the different countries around the world.

* On DirecTV you have to order an "International Dish" to get  the channels  in the 2100's (Where the channel CaribVision is located channel #2181.)

* MTV launched a Caribbean channel as well called "MTV Tempo" which you have to request from your provider because they don't want to carry Caribbean programming for free...
