Can I recieve unemployment benefits while awaiting a claims hearing in Kentucky???

I should have recieved my check by now, and yesterday recieved a letter stating my former employer is appealing an investigation...I wonder if I get my benefits in lieu

Generally not unless they had already  been approved and payments had begun.

if you were granted unemployment and then your employer appealed then you should be getting checks until  your  hearing. you should call your Unemployment office to see whats going on.
