Can I record TV programs directly to camcorder?

  2. the camera should have been provided with an AV lead. it's the one that looks like a headphone jack with a red, yellow and white plug set.

    yellow is video which will go from the output of your source (VCR/PVR/DVD recorder etc)

    white and red are the audio left and right. colour coded so easy to plug in.

    find an input setting on your camera than allows AV IN. (not out but IN)

    play back some video from your source and it should apear on the LCD flip out screen of your camera. plug in headphones into the camera and listen for sound source.

    hearing it?

    hit rec (and possibly play) on the camera and hit play on source.

    you're done!

  3. get a tv card for your computer and record tivo style.

  4. Check your camera manual. If it has "AV-In" it will be described in there. Most cameras do not have AV-in.
